Kaylynn Himelick currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Nehemiah Discipleship Program housed at Victory Acres. She is the eldest daughter of Eric Himelick. NDP started as a result of a conversation between Kaylynn and Eric on the way home from one of the many ministry trips to and from Detroit. Kaylynn asked, “What is one of the most important things you could do in the next five years?” Eric’s response was, “To pour into and disciple young leaders in a more intentional way.” NDP came out of that conversation. Kaylynn completed the NDP pilot program in 2020, completed our pilot leadership program in 2021, and completed assignment as a “Specialty Leader,” supporting Eric in 2023. She graduated valedictorian from Heartland Christian School in July 2020, and she is currently working on her B.A. in Education through Hobe Sound Bible College in Hobe Sound, FL. Her passion for people and for learning is contagious. As NDP develops and expands, her leadership and influence will be focused on moving the program beyond just an annual event at Victory Acres to serve local communities across the U.S. and around the world.
